@tommieRFC 😭😭😭 “wasn’t that late” despite the fact the camera had panned the whole way to their defensive third
English

@alexelliottgolf 162, slight fade. Never hut one that's been further away than 3 foot

@LutonTown “They didn’t create much”. You should have been 3 down after 25 minutes. Thanks for the 6 points xoxo

English

@lutontownST @kevshat Better side but could have been 3 down if not for your keeper. Keep crying lad, cheers for the 3 points xx

@kevshat gives his frustrated take as Town gifted Reading three goals for the second time this term to lose a game they had won.

@e1871_ @ReadingFC What do we create, what did we do all game. We got the ball to the midfielders and then had literally nothing every time
English

@hf36___ @ReadingFC Were we though? Thought we set up actually quite well, other than a JP error what did bradford create?
English

@ReadingFC Leam set us up horrible and we were dogshit. Get him gone. These players however I absolutely fucking love. Great comeback
English

@nononoyesmaing @simplyjasmina I am not saying that, but i don’t think we can consider non statistical opinions on risk taking kicks, daicos spent a period of time taking short kick-ins too, im just saying lots of people are saying walsh is trash which is extremely harsh, he’s been putting up numbers
English

@e1871_ @simplyjasmina if you really and honestly think walsh is a better kick than daicos then that’s you’re opinion, but i would whole heartedly disagree
English

you're using a sample size from 2019 until present day. carlton have only made the 8 TWICE in that time and sam walsh was gary ayres medallist in one of those years btw.
Gordon@beetgordon_
they win 43% of the games he's played and 63% of the games he's missed since debut too. correlation doesn't equal causation ofc but it's definitely interesting with a sample size of over a full season of missed games
English

@nononoyesmaing @simplyjasmina How are we measuring risk level of kicks?? I feel like thats a matter of opinion?
English

@e1871_ @simplyjasmina daicos takes far riskier kicks than walsh, and only since daics has played as an inside mid has his kicking gotten worse, plus daics kicks goals..
i think he’s good i just don’t think blues needed to give him 8, but i guess we’ll see !
English

@nononoyesmaing @simplyjasmina His disposal efficiency over his career is better than daicos? I personally think he’ll get better with jagga in the midfield too, i understand the consensus of the long contract and agree he needs to kick more goals but he’s better than a lot of people giving him credit for
English

@e1871_ @simplyjasmina you would hope so mate, otherwise if he breaks down this year it’s going to look pretty silly. I’m just not a fan of long twrm deals especially off the back of injury, and especially when mids need to kick goals and hit targets which he doesn’t really do
English

@beetgordon_ What do you consider “injury history” he’s been available and played 85% of games that carlton have played since we drafted him
English

8 years for a guy who can't kick with an injury history like his is crazy
this isn't even me being a Carlton hater it's just bad business
AFL@AFL
Sam Walsh has signed a massive EIGHT-year contract extension with the Blues, @CalTwomey reports. Details: afl.com.au/news/1469059
English

@nononoyesmaing @simplyjasmina The deal is a 5 year deal with triggers in it to get him to the 8, if his body gives up on him then there will be obvious safeguardings from the club in his contract to protect themselves no?
English

@e1871_ @simplyjasmina ok let me rephrase that, because you’re right. He’s coming off a seriously bad back, that would factor in to me giving him an 8 year contract. not saying he’s not a good player, but you could’ve retained him with a 4-6 year deal, 8 is egregious
English

@nononoyesmaing @simplyjasmina “Always injured”, since sam walsh has been drafted, Carlton has played 158 games, 133 of those Walsh has played in, he’s missed 25 games or 16% of games, but go off I guess
English

@simplyjasmina only supporter base to ever use gary ayres medallist as a relevant medal, never heard any other clubs supporters use it, wow he played 3 good games congrats, you did nothing that year. and you gave a player who doesnt kick goals, is always injured and butchers the footy 8 years
English

@ryanmouquegolf @froggy_world @Trapper89916127 Believe it’s a designated no play because of the grandstands, so anything left is blocked be “immovable obstruction” which is not part of the course, instant relief but thought the drop was VERY generous, they could have put him 20y left in the rough still😂😂
English

@froggy_world @Trapper89916127 Oh really. So it’s not play as it lies 😂🤦🏻♂️
English

Watching LIV Adelaide in Australia (Queensland)
- Rahm hits his tee shot on 18 MILES LEFT
- Somehow gets a free drop in the fairway lol
- Camera pans to Bryson blowing up
- Rahm proceeds to hole his wedge for an eagle 2 to tie the lead Bryson has
- Channel 7 say switch to 7+ to keep watching
- I flick to 7+ and have to watch an ad for 2 mins, then have to fast forward to the end and it was playing round 2
- Missed everything 😂
Was there a fight? Did Bryson & Rahm box? I don’t know 😡
English

@Tee555410 @livgolf_league All good, it’s stupid that he got as much of an advantage as he did, you’d almost think tomorrow just whack the ball left and enjoy your fairway drop
English

I obviously don’t know golf. But how is that not a drop ball for rahm? Wow #LIVGolfAdelaide @livgolf_league .. I’m sorry but that is very controversial and if I Bryson I wouldn’t accept it
