UPDATE: So today, the Landlord showed up and entered the residence w/o permission. They flashed some sort of legislation, not a court order or notice of a court application and demanded tenants leave. I told the tenant to call the police. Police showed up, spoke to this agency(landlord) outside. Landlord then left. Resident and our agency have had multiple consultations with the Landlord and Tenant Advisory Board, and seems clear this landlord/agency has no concept of the law in regards to tenants rights.

Mom, assisted by @e4cAlberta in obtaining housing, is suddenly evicted. Now, the 3rd party landlord seems to think that as this is a "public lease" tenant has no rights. Uh wrong. As for E4c they have not been answering our enquiries and according to mom, her calls as well. Mom states they have been rather useless. Not my favourite org, I can tell you that.
