My first experience of a duathlon at the @RunThroughUK duathlon event today. Really well run event, flat, and perfect conditions with no wind. My left IT band was complaining on the second run, but still managed to bring it home. 10k run, 38k bike, 5k run Gun time: 2:35:12

The @RunThroughUK Rugby half marathon. Rain, hills and wind. The last mile was head on wind - legs said no to a proper sprint finish! Chuffed with my time though. Need a flat course for that sub 1.35!   Still giving that pulmonary embolism the🖕🏻. @UKRunChat
