On this day, forty one years ago, I was ordained into the priesthood. It was the culmination of seven years of seminary experience. I left the priesthood just over a year later as the priest who groomed and assaulted me was appointed my archbishop. Later Cardinal. Keith O’Brien.

75 years ago the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception moved their school from St. Matthew’s Convent, Coín Varin, to a beautiful place on a hill, called Beaulieu. Please pray for our Sisters and all students, staff and benefactors of Beaulieu, be they in this world or the next.
