@rsmaizys @briedi3 Neturiu skin in the game čia, tai nieko skaudaus. Tiesiog nenorėjau atviru tekstu komentuot apie VBS, beigi apie dalykus kaip selection bias ir recency bias. Ir apie tai, kad kartais žmonės šneka tam, kad šnekėt - o kartais tai atkartojami, primesti (priešo) naratyvai.

@eDominykas @briedi3 Nesuprantu apie ką tu čia, bet matau skaudžiai pataikė kažkur akmenėlis nuo pravažiuojančio automobilio. O į kitus klausimus atsakymas, kad ne negali būti :)

Tas "gynybos" BVP procento siekimas yra tokia saviapgaulė. Leidžia pinigus, kad leisti. Prievolininkams va maišelius, dovanėles suvenyrus, pastatus fasadus atnaujina. Ar tai yra tikros lėšos gynybai? Ne. Reikia pirkti ginklus ir įrankius, priemones, o ne lankstinukus. :)

@rsmaizys @briedi3 O gali būti, kad artimas ratas nesusipažinęs su visa (ypač - su įslaptinta) informacija? Ir šneka neturėdamas pilno vaizdo? Nes jei susipažinęs ir šneka... Tai galėtų pašnekėti su STT? O gal kaip tik - VSD su ratu turi pašnekėt, kad mažiau šnekėtų? Bet taip, visko būna.

@briedi3 Taip, bet dabar pastebiu tendenciją, kad pirkime viską, kuo brangiau, leiskime, kad tik leisti. Vis tiek turėtų būti protingas lėšų paskirstymas, o ne tik tam, kad pirkti ir svarbu pirkti ir bet ką. Tą turėjau omenyje.

This security release is being more time consuming than I thought. The fact that we are dealing with 4 release lines is making things slower.

Because certain people, esp. the ones who "genuinely" don't understand that, are not hiring them due to ageism. There's plenty of software engineers over 40. I've met quite a few.

Grand prize 🎉 The new air-side feels cramped (I guess things will feel differently once it's all connected up), but overall - it's more pleasant than the old departures area.

No place to leave the luggage/coat when washing hands. Baby room looks neat. No children playing area though. Makes sense - flying is for childless white men.

I'm testing the new departures terminal in Vilnius Airport today. This means I get to: - get up early - drive to the airport - stand in the queue for checkin - get an invasive grope at security - queue for boarding And after enduring all that I get to: - not fly anywhere
