S-1 registration statement is already auto-effective under the automatic 20-day rule (Section 8(a)). - SEC gave no negative feedback. And 4 March @Nasdaq approved the listing of shares. 🚨 $DOT will explode soon. 📈
I’m really bullish long-term.
We all know privacy in blockchain will be the future.
And Polkadot knows this, they’re already working hard on it.
Ethereum is working on it too, and Vitalik is already involved.
There shouldn’t be mandatory public transactions.
In my opinion, it should be optional, and Polkadot should focus on that.

Polkadot 21 Shares ETF might go live 23 February! 🚨👀 After the 20 January filing, they updated the latest S-1/A7 filing on 2 February. With SEC closed, @21shares is bypassing review via auto-effectiveness under Section 8(a) of Securities Act. If there is no SEC intervention within 20 days, the ETF becomes effective by default. 🚨 BREAKING: NYSE announces new tokenization platform. Here's what they're building: A completely new trading venue with: • 24/7 operations (no market hours) • Instant settlement (not T+1) • Stablecoin-based funding (not bank wires) • "Tokens natively issued as digital securities" Not retrofitting the existing exchange. Not adding blockchain to the back office. An entirely new venue. --- Think about what this means: NYSE will run two exchanges. The old one: 9:30-4:00 EST, T+1 settlement, bank wires. The new one: 24/7, instant settlement, stablecoin rails. They're not choosing between traditional and digital. They're operating both in parallel. --- How does this compare to others?
