Today the EP and the Council concluded the #GDPR rules harmonisation negotiations. The main objective of the new regulation is to strengthen GDPR #enforcement in cross border cases. I'm glad to see this (not an easy one) file finalised still with the PL Presidency #LIBE #EDPB

This is the end of a long journey. Today #LIBE examined the #EHDS corrigendum, a similar examination will take place in #ENVI, allowing for the text to be endorsed during the December session of the Parliament. Next steps: COREPER and publication in OJ, possibly in February 2025
