need to run out to scrubs and beyond. want to go to sleep. it's not even 7pm yet. -pathetic.

went to the bbq at the boss' house. great fun, but amazingly chilly for august. g'night all.

supper w/friend Fri noc, wedding Sat, then, work, day off, work, work, day off, work.

Hurt legs REALLY bad at the gym- couldn't finish workout :-( Must take it easy so I can walk in Chicago next week.

#MyGoals is to lose 5 lbs in September and improve my strength, endurance and balance.

finished CEUs yesterday. cleaned out my closet. have 5 things left that fit. gotta shop. basement flooding. working 10/30-11/2 nocs
