@Polymath_16 You are correct. Baleba is expected to come in as a replacement for Casemiro, alongside either Anderson or Wharton, depending on who decides to join the club. The board will then consider recruiting an additional central midfielder from another league, but only if Ugarte departs.

You are not signing two top British midfielders and one as back up,it's not viable financially as well. We are only getting two max amongst them.

@Polymath_16 There’s nothing wrong with having two players serve as squad options. Unfortunately, our fan base can be quite toxic. Everyone demands success, yet many are unwilling to accept what is required to achieve it.

@B0Y_chester_UTD Anderson is not a 6, I don’t know why people say he’s Casemiro replacement. Baleba is Casemiro like to like replacement, Anderson will be signed as a 8. We only have Mainoo playing that 8 role now, Bruno played there (8) under Amorin. But he’s a more an attacking midfielder.
