There’s a new trend on 𝕏, and it’s not subtle. The dramatic pause. The forced question. This hyphen right here? It’s not just a separator—it’s proof that the tweet was generated by AI. This isn’t just a confident statement. It’s manufactured depth.

@e_goldstein_84 They don’t have any incentive to vote no, if this meh lawsuit worries them, which it doesn’t and I will try to make a thread on this, they can simply choose to redeem their shares for NAV. Merger failing specifically because of it is close to non-existent.

Cuba got everything right. They just weren’t big. If Cuba had been Brazil’s size, LatAm would be free right now

I'm sorry you were, apparently, scammed. You can patent a piece of code. Like literal code. But not the logic my friend. tZERO or anyone cannot patent: ``` return x.indexOf(123); ``` What they do (and apparently sell) is what ADA does for free in the academic space. Investigation on an open-source industry. Sure they can patent code, a software. But the idea of a registry, and some logic of a smart contract? Nope. The ideas are free. You can patent Pepsi or Coca-Cola but not the idea of a soda and the process to make it. I read they have more than 100+ patents. Again, sorry for what seems to be a scam. The sooner you realize this, the better. I'm sure this is not the first red flag.

I've been a Software Engineer for 25+ years. What @tZERO has allegedly patented is: - The logic of a function() that returns a boolean - The programming pattern called inheritance They have another 105 patents globally. Who knows, maybe they have patented an immutable decentralized chain of blocks too and all blockchains now belong to them. In any case, the scenario seems to be clear. - Fear before the upcoming voting to merge with @Securitize ($CEPT to $SECZ). This fear was reflected in todays dump that quickly recover up to $12 (thank you paper hands) - A business model where you patent intangible stuff seems to be profitable as a weapon if the time is sensitive. Can't Vitalik just patent the concept of Smart Contract and give a license to everyone except these mfs? Let the future belong to the ones that produce, not the parasites!

@Securitize Are these 'rails' yours, or did you borrow them from @tZERO? Pretty sure your stakeholders would love to know.

Not seeing a lick of news as to why there was 586k of volume on $CEPT / @Securitize in the last 30 minutes. 🤔

@SPACLiquidity @Securitize Yeah I think there were no news, but the good old technical analysis showed a clear channel pattern. 11.10 was the bottom of it.
