@XtopherPeterM It's such a common saying that I hear all the time - but just now as I was reading it - I realized I always brushed it away. Yet - it's a powerful statement to remind ourselves that too - most people don't see us like we do.

I remind myself daily: "You are your own worst critic." The limiting beliefs we tell ourselves subconsciously do hold us back. They curtail our potential, leading to confirmation bias. Let's flip the script; tell ourselves that we ARE good enough. 🙏💙
