Che è già tutto scritto. Quello che servirebbe fare per una vera lotta all’evasione fiscale. L’anno scorso una commissione tecnica di altissimo livello nominata dal Governo Meloni ha concluso il suo lavoro e scritto - nero su bianco - che il Re è nudo: cioè che il nostro sistema di riscossione coattiva è poco più di una barzelletta. E scrive con una chiarezza disarmante cosa servirebbe fare: accesso completo ai dati di anagrafe tributaria, anagrafe dei rapporti finanziari e fatturazione elettronica; semplificazione, digitalizzazione e razionalizzazione delle procedure di recupero coattivo, in modo da allinearle completamente a quanto accade tra privati; smetterla di assumere, nel mondo della riscossione, tante figure amministrative e iniziare invece ad acquisire poche figure ma con le competenze specialistiche. E tanto altro ancora. La destra ha seppellito in un cassetto questa relazione; e forse chissà, chi l’ha scritta ora è misteriosamente sparito dalla circolazione…. La sinistra pure preferisce non occuparsene: il problema dell’evasione deve rimanere lì, altrimenti che slogan si usa nei comizi e sui social? Il @Partito_Libdem invece fa una cosa diversa: fa suo il lavoro della commissione nominata dal governo Meloni, con una aggiunta: ogni euro recuperato strutturalmente dalla lotta all’evasione, sarà dedicato ad abbassare le tasse. Neanche un centesimo ad aumentare la spesa.
