@eatsurenow Terrible delivery experience order is taken and then cancelled after an hour after making you wait and lying to you. You have to reorder every time and they again make you wait 1 hour. wouldn't even rate it 1 star. The chatbot is useles it won't give you correct answ

I ordered three chicken pizzas through a Buy 1 Get 3 deal, which cost me ₹504 Order #218796851 But I only got one Margherita pizza instead. I'm super disappointed with this service and how they refused my refund. This is totally not okay. This is my 2nd tweet. @eatsurenow

Very bad experience after ordering food yesterday night from @eatsurenow . They took almost 2 hours to deliver the food and it was pathetic taste as well. And my parents were made to wait almost 2 hours of placing the order. Very disappointed and Uninstalled the app.
