Hi everyone i just did my first order @eatsurenow i paid at 7.45pm i got the option to pick a slot and the earliest i could choose is 9-10pm So i did that and waited apprx 1.5 hr just to get that my order got cancelled without any reason and refund Pla dont use this its a scam

EatSure’s own support email acknowledged that items were missing and even offered partial replacement, clearly confirming non-delivery.

It has been over a week since @EatSure failed to deliver ₹857 worth items in Order CRN #219799172, yet my money is still being withheld with no resolution. Despite admitting the issue over email and repeated follow-ups, support has now gone completely silent.

@eatsurenow worst app with the most inexperienced riders they ask for extra money and when u refuse for it they will abuse u in the most unacceptable way. The supports will just try to compensate with replacement and refund without taking any action against the it.CRN:#219943640
