So I’ve just done my monthly weigh in for my gym app and despite eating shit constantly before and since my 40th, drinking nothing but lager and doing fuck all exercise bar a marathon walk around Barcelona, I’ve lost a pound. Absolutely baffling 😂

Spent yesterday volunteering and I’ve realised that I’m very much drawn to people who give up their time to help others, and don’t really get the people who don’t. Surely we’ve all got 5 minutes to do something that’s not just for ourselves?
