This profile is obsolete. I'm (still) a rank and file UFU member who felt compelled in 2016 to call out lies from certain politicians and all of the media, on an unprecedented scale (Herald Sun front page stats prove), that falsely defamed firefighters for political gain.

Could be worth a little self-reflection from you @BradBattinMP, after how you treated fireys. After this, why be in a party that normalizes harming good people for personal gain? Kennett's comments were telling.

What happened to @SamGrothMP is endemic to politics. It happened repeatedly to 3000 innocent firefighters. Disgusting self-serving slander. It will keep happening until it is met with universal outrage against the politicians and "journalists" who perpetrate it. #springst

On top of this l have to say throughout this l personally and many other crews have worked with CFA brigades - including some of the more hostile ones that were coached by Libs in Parliamentary testimony - in two-ways-flawless, respectful collaboration.
