Not only have @IcelandFoods not delivered my order from yesterday, they've now marked it as delivered and effectively stolen my money and STILL refuse to answer the phone at the store. #badcustomerservice #stealing

@IcelandFoods order now 3 hours late still no answer as to why from online nor the store. Absolutely disgusting.

When you point out @IcelandFoods #badcustomerservice they are quick to reply but not answer their DM that they asked for. Even more frustrating.
