Also I love treadmill/biking desks. Just raise the table enough to fit the equipment under it. For the treadmill, you can buy a "walking pad" or mod an existing treadmill to remove the handlebars and tape the console to the desk. I have watched so much anime on a treadmill.

Fancy treadmill that they have at the gym: like $3000-8000. Gym membership is good for access to top grade equipment, but you can do full workouts on home equipment for under $1000 if you have the space. The barbell really is magical. Kettlebell is a good one too.

Decent exercise bike: $130 Freestanding pull-up bar: $130 (and the door frame ones are like $25 if you can do that) Decent treadmill: like $180 unless you can score a good one used Barbell + lotsa weights: ~$150-300 depending on how many weights. NEET hiki fitness is easy!
