Why does @ecco now make it impossible to return shoes? They used to provide labels in the box. Now you have to email to get labels sent. My printer isn't working. Somebody printed 2 off, neither recognised by scanner at PO. I printed on their printer using USB. Not recognised

@ecco your customer service response is terrible! Multiple emails and chats with agents did not get me anywhere. They have a “take it or leave it” attitude. Been a loyal customer since the 80’s… it’s sad to see this company shifted like this.

@ecco never again will I order from this company. Boots were unsuitable, returned the next day and no sign of a refund weeks later. This is the second time this has happened. Diabolical customer service. Avoid them!

These guys must be arrested and put behind bars. Friends- don’t ever buy @ecco footwear online in India. You will have nightmares if you want to return.
