@ecco your customer service response is terrible! Multiple emails and chats with agents did not get me anywhere. They have a “take it or leave it” attitude. Been a loyal customer since the 80’s… it’s sad to see this company shifted like this.

@ecco never again will I order from this company. Boots were unsuitable, returned the next day and no sign of a refund weeks later. This is the second time this has happened. Diabolical customer service. Avoid them!

These guys must be arrested and put behind bars. Friends- don’t ever buy @ecco footwear online in India. You will have nightmares if you want to return.

@ecco your delivery partner in india , @delhivery is pathetic. They cant deliver shoes in ovwr 10 days .. at a distance of 500 miles. You should conaider a different delivery partner due to mismatch in standard of product and incredibly poor delivery standards.
