Serial entrepreneur Helen brought deep startup insight to the Women in ECE panel. An Adjunct Professor at U of T across CS, Math, and Economics, she shared a powerful message for engineers: stay curious, keep asking questions, and keep pushing boundaries.

Congratulations to ECE Professor Hoi-Kwong Lo, recipient of the 2026 Leonard Mandel Quantum Optics Award. 🏅 He is recognized for distinguished contributions to quantum optics and quantum information science, including decoy-state QKD, MDI-QKD, and all-photonic quantum repeater.
