@D162Michele By 1995 there was partial democracy. Concern over relations with China with the transfer of power coming held back fuller implementation. Read Chris Patten on this. Beijing then downgraded what had been achieved with candidate vetting and repression of opposition.

It is the exact opposite. China has rightly taken the heat out of its real estate market. This was an asset bubble that needed deflating. They have managed to do this without crashing their real estate market.
The Western real estate market is going to have to do the same thing only in our case that will involve it crashing and burning.

On April 16th its market cap was around ~$730M and on that day he posted $sive will 10X from current levels..
If the stock 10x from April 16th levels as he claims, his position will be worth close to $65M if there is no further dilution..
Also worth noting he leaked the nasdaq listing news on April 13th before official PR from the company on April 16th about nasdaq listing and dilution.. Is it legal ?
