The officer gets dismissive, keeps cursing, orders him to cuff up, and when he doesn’t move fast enough, pepper-sprays him. That’s when the inmate snaps and attacks the officer. The whole situation escalated so quickly. Who do you think was more in the wrong here — the officer for being aggressive and ignoring his repeated polite requests, or the inmate for reacting violently after being pepper sprayed?
