everybody is hating on this guy but hes actually kind right. its super frustrating when someone complains about a solvable problem and then refuses to solve it. if your feelings are part of the problem you should be complaining about them on a meta level too and be treating them as something to “solve” (although sometimes solution is feeing your feelings or processing them or something)
