Is there a way to change weather stations and how often weather updates? My thermostat is often 5 degrees off of actual and only updates every hour. If my thermostat calls for heat rn it's going to call aux heat bc it thinks it's 20 out but it's actually 25 and the temp hasn't updated for almost an hour???? This is way too slow.👎

@ecobee DEAD OF WINTER, NO HEAT. This is my THIRD Ecobee Pro thermostat, no auxiliary heat working— Wiring checked— Multiple HVAC tech visits—it’s the thermostat failing to output correct voltage. No overnight shipping and expensive repair builds with no solution!

I bought the latest and greatest @ecobee smart premium thermostat, thinking it would work really well. It doesn't. We've reached an age where our devices won't work in a consistent manner from day to day, and when you ask for help, the company that makes it can't help you 👎

@ecobee is there a better way to report iPad app bugs? I have wasted 15 minutes of my evening stumbling through your support matrix to get held hostage by a support chat with nobody answering. When I attempt to view System Monitor on my iPad I can’t swipe back in time.

We inherited an @ecobee thermostat in our new place. It can manually turn on the heat if you want to "test the equipment" but sometimes it doesn't do that automatically even if it knows the temp is too low, until you reset to factory settings. Is this a known/solved problem?

Found out @Google is ending support for my @googlenest thermostat :( I want to buy an @ecobee thermostat, but their premium one came out three years ago, and I don't want to buy one only to have them release a better one in the next year :-/

@ecobee can you add a graph to the app that shows when and how long your system was in heating or cooling? Especially stage 2 heating? Honeywell has had this feature for years and it’s extremely helpful
