@Ju5t_1n @ungrim97 @Ju5t_1n Because I’m fed up with not getting a reply, nothing gets sorted, we’ve fitted many Sunamp batteries over the years and get no support when needed.

Anyone else have issues with @SunampLtd customer service?? It’s appalling. No service support.!!

@ungrim97 @Ju5t_1n We’ve had a reasonable number of issues, that I would rather not discuss on Social media, most of the issues are just brushed aside. I feel sorry for the tech guys, they need more support from above.

@Ju5t_1n @ecobubl @SunampLtd @eLEJOG I am curious though what issues you might have, they are pretty simple devices with no moving parts, not much to go wrong short of a PCB fault, or a leak.
