A company I worked for just laid off everyone. Sad to hear & it brings me back to times in my life when I was in between jobs and had no income & I’ve never forgotten that feeling. That’s why I diversify & will do anything to insure I’m never without some sort of income.

I tend to think AI will make us better sellers but it also has limitations. I don’t see how it can accurately predict supply & demand ebbs & flows in every instance, such as the Minecraft movie. Could it have predicted a viral TikTok would catapult sales? Probably not.

It’s fun seeing how it can help us, but also knowing it will be able to help find inefficiencies in the market & could make sourcing like shooting fish in a barrel. But I think figuring out supply & demand is something we’d still have an edge on in certain circumstances.
