Norse Organics is quietly doing 8+ figures/y with this cold traffic funnel.
I spent hours reverse-engineering how they did it.
Right now, Norse Organics is running a bunch of different ads to this single landing page (the way we recommend to do it, but could be more aligned to persona landers to match the ads...
Each ad targets a different buyer mindset...
But most brands wouldn't know if the message actually lands when the visitor gets to the page.
So I mapped the entire thing inside one Miro Board and loom video...
• Ad angles.
• Creative formats.
• Buyer psychology.
• Landing page structure.
And exactly where the congruency breaks down.
Here's everything I go over:
• Breakdown of all 4 ads they're running (copy angle + awareness level)
• Creative analysis for each - format, visual strategy, what's working
• Full landing page teardown… above the fold, CRO gaps, what converts and why
• Ad-to-lander congruency scoring going over where the funnel wins and where it leaks
• Added CRO tests they could run for more revenue gains
This is the same funnel breakdown process I’ve ran for hundreds of 7-8 figure DTC brands.
And it’s how we manage to add another 6-7 figures in revenue per month for them.
Want the full breakdown?
• Comment "ORGANICS CRO"
• Connect with me if we're not already connected
I'll send it straight to your DMs.
PS
We’ve created 500+ landing pages for DTC brands and ran 1000+ split tests. This one is one of the cleaner cold traffic setups I've seen… but it still has a LOT of fixable leaks. All of them are in the doc + loom video.
PSS - Reply in the Dms, and I’ll personally do a full custom audit of your brand’s cold traffic funnel on a profit audit call with me.

CLAUDE + MCP just automated 100% of my Facebook Ads reporting.
This MCP integration turns Claude into your personal Facebook Ads analyst.
Ask questions in plain English.
Get full performance reports with charts in seconds.
Perfect for agencies & e-comm operators who are tired of wrestling with Ads Manager.
Here's the problem:
You need a quick performance snapshot for a client call.
So you're digging through Ads Manager, pulling metrics into spreadsheets, building charts manually, formatting everything into something presentable.
30 minutes later, you've got one report.
Claude + MCP does it differently:
→ Connects directly to your Facebook Ads account
→ Pulls all performance data automatically
→ Calculates ROAS, CPA, conversion rates on demand
→ Generates charts and visualizations in real-time
→ Builds complete client-ready reports from scratch
No Ads Manager tabs.
No spreadsheet wrangling.
No formatting headaches.
What you can ask Claude:
- "How did my campaigns perform last week?"
- "Which ad sets have the best ROAS?"
- "Build me a client report for October"
- "What's killing my conversion rate?"
One prompt. Full report. Done.
Built with Claude MCP.

$72k+/month creatives aren’t using experts on camera
they’re using animated metaphors your brain understands instantly
a drink smashing through clogged arteries
a sad rice character freezing in a fridge
a stressed throat reacting to irritation
no whiteboard explanations
no complicated medical jargon
the problem is visualized
blocked flow
cold metabolism
inflamed tissue
you don’t need to “get it” intellectually
you see it
that’s why these ai cartoon ads scale
abstract health problems become simple stories
ai builds the scenes
scripts create tension
testing finds the winners
that’s the quiet engine behind a lot of these health offers
rt + comment “cartoon” and i’ll send the structure

Claude Cowork is f*cking ridiculous 🤯
One prompt → competitive research, creative briefs, 15 hook variations, and a full performance dashboard.
All saved as real files on your computer.
All inside Claude Desktop.
If you're spending hours every week copy-pasting between tools, pulling competitor ads manually, writing briefs from scratch, and building reports in spreadsheets ...
Claude Cowork eliminates the entire loop:
→ Point it at your project folder with brand voice + context files
→ It asks YOU clarifying questions instead of guessing
→ It builds a multi-step plan and executes while you step away
→ It creates real .docx, .xlsx, .pptx files — not chat responses
→ It connects to Slack, Google Drive, Airtable, and 50+ tools live
No copy-pasting between tools.
No babysitting the AI mid-task.
No downloading and re-uploading files.
What you get:
→ Competitive research synthesized into actionable creative angles
→ Ad briefs, hooks, and scripts generated in your brand voice
→ Interactive HTML dashboards built from your own customer data
→ Weekly performance reports created while you're getting coffee
Built 100% inside Claude Desktop with skills, plugins, and connectors.
I put together a full DTC playbook: 10 workflows with copy-paste prompts, the exact setup process, and the weekly operating rhythm I use.

Im so interested in the looksmaxxing/clavicular story telling.
You have absurd side characters (androgenic), wise old protagonists making an appearance (Tate), villains (ASU frat leader)
Do they have writers? Is this entirely decentralised storytelling?
I heard they have 950 clippers.
Is there a main arc they record in the stream, with the clippers having creative freedom to do whatever?
Or are the clippers given creative direction?
Are subplots bottom up or top down?
I’d guess the main story (stream) follows the clippers. 1000’s of potential viral subplots, they get to see what works and follow that path.
Amazing.

I found a creative strategist that works 24/7, never sleeps, and sends me winning ad angles every morning in Slack.
It's called Parker, and it changed how I do creative research.
Instead of spending hours digging through reviews, comments, and competitor ads, I just ask Parker things like:
"Monitor every viral TikTok in the creatine niche, find the top-performing hooks, and rewrite them as scripts mapped to creators who match our brand."
What makes it different from just using Claude or GPT:
- trained on 12+ months of real DTC creative strategy SOPs
- actually connects to your ad comments, reviews, and dashboards
- generates hooks that have driven real revenue (one brand attributed $21k of $34k weekly spend to Parker-generated hooks)
- lives in Slack so insights come to you vs. you hunting for them
The outputs on my partner Parker’s posts are sharper and less fluffy than anything I've gotten from Claude.
It really feels like talking to a senior strategist, not an AI chat.
If you're still doing creative research manually or prompting generic AI tools for ad ideas... it’s over.
