This brand is selling a hematite bracelet with a BOGO offer and free shipping and they're doing some smart shit with their offer structure but leaving money on the table in a few key areas. Alright so I'm looking at this Hemios hematite bracelet product page right now and I need to break down the offer because there's some really interesting things happening here - some working, some not. 1) THE OFFER STRUCTURE: First thing I see: they've got a two-option selector for their offer. Option 1: 1 bracelet only - 40% off today - $39.90 (down from $67) Option 2: Buy 1 Get 1 FREE - Free express shipping - $39.90 (down from $134) And Option 2 has the black border around it with "SPRING DAY SALE" badge, so they're clearly pushing you toward the BOGO. The BOGO immediately doubles your AOV. You're going from $39.90 for one bracelet to $39.90 for TWO bracelets. That means your cost per acquisition can be way higher and you're still profitable. And they're stacking it with free express shipping on the BOGO option. That's smart because free shipping is basically an expectation now - it's not really an "offer" anymore. But by making it exclusive to the BOGO, they're adding another psychological nudge to pick that option. 2) THE PRICING PSYCHOLOGY: Let me break down the pricing here because there's some interesting stuff happening. Single bracelet: $39.90 down from $67. That's a 40% discount. They're showing the strikethrough price ($67) so you can see the savings. BOGO: $39.90 down from $134. That's the same price but now you're "saving" $94.10 instead of $27.10. Here's the thing: the BOGO is positioned as "$39.90 for two bracelets" but it's really the same price as buying one. So you're not actually paying more - you're just getting double the product. That's genius positioning. They're making the BOGO feel like the obvious choice because you're getting 2X the value for the same price. But here's where I'd push back: is $39.90 the right price point for this product? Looking at the positioning - "legendary Hematite," "sacred magnetic stone," "Roman warriors wore in battle," "reclaim your masculine edge" - this is being sold as a premium, masculine, high-status product. And you're charging $39.90? I'd test bumping this up. $49.90 single, $49.90 BOGO (2 for $49.90). Or even $59.90. The positioning supports a higher price point, and the perceived value is already there with the whole "Roman warriors" angle. If the product delivers on the promise, you could probably charge more and increase your margin without hurting conversion. 3) THE DISCOUNT DISPLAY: They've got "40% OFF" in the top banner. "SPRING SALE" next to it. "SHOP NOW" CTA. Then on the product itself: "SOLD OUT" badge (scarcity), "$39.90" with "$67.00" strikethrough (discount visualization). And in the offer selector: "40% OFF TODAY" under the single bracelet option. Here's my question: how long has this "Spring Sale" been running? Because if this is just a permanent discount dressed up as a sale, that kills urgency. People need to believe the sale is temporary or they'll just wait. I'd add a countdown timer. "Spring Sale Ends in 23:47:12" or whatever. Create real urgency. Right now the only urgency element is "High demand, only a few left in stock!" which is fine but not as powerful as a ticking clock. 4) THE FREE GIFT: At the bottom I see: "FREE blueprint for reactivating the dominant man within (before it's too late). ($35 value) - $0.00" Okay so this is a free gift when you purchase. That's one of my favorite offers because it costs you basically nothing (it's digital) but adds perceived value. They're saying it's a "$35 value" which is smart - you're stacking value on top of the BOGO and the discount. But here's where they're fumbling: the positioning is weak. "FREE blueprint for reactivating the dominant man within (before it's too late)." That's...vague. What's IN the blueprint? Is it exercises? Mindset shifts? Diet protocols? I have no idea. Compare that to if they said: "FREE: The Roman Warrior Blueprint - 7 Daily Rituals to Reclaim Your Masculine Edge (Includes Morning Routine, Nutrition Guide, and Confidence-Building Exercises)" Now I know what I'm getting. Now it feels like a real bonus that complements the product. Right now it's just a throwaway line at the bottom of the page. If you're gonna do a free gift, SELL the gift. Make me want it. 5) THE SCARCITY: I see three scarcity elements: 1. "SOLD OUT" badge on the product image 2. "High demand, only a few left in stock!" 3. Spring Sale (implied time limitation) The "SOLD OUT" badge is confusing though. If it's sold out, why can I still buy it? Unless this is showing it's out of stock in certain sizes or something, but it's not clear. That could actually HURT conversion because people see "SOLD OUT" and bounce without reading further. I'd remove the "SOLD OUT" badge or make it way more specific: "Selling Out Fast - Only 24 Left" or whatever. Clear inventory scarcity without confusion. 6) THE VALUE STACK: Let me add up what they're offering here with the BOGO: ⦁ 2 bracelets (normally $67 each = $134 total) ⦁ Free express shipping (let's say $10 value) ⦁ Free blueprint PDF ($35 value) Total value: $179 You pay: $39.90 That's a 78% discount if you believe their numbers. Now I don't know if those "normal" prices are real or inflated, but from a positioning standpoint, they're stacking value effectively. The problem is most of this value is buried. The free blueprint is at the bottom. The free shipping is only mentioned on the BOGO option. The discount is shown but not summed up. I'd add a value stack section somewhere on the page: "What You Get Today: ✓ 2 Hematite Bracelets ($134 value) ✓ Free Express Shipping ($10 value) ✓ Roman Warrior Blueprint ($35 value) Total Value: $179 You Pay: $39.90 YOU SAVE: $139.10" Make it impossible to miss the value. Overall, this offer is doing a lot of things right. The BOGO structure is smart. The free shipping is expected. The free digital bonus adds value. The social proof is strong. But they're leaving money on the table by: 1. Not creating urgency (no countdown timer) 2. Weak free gift positioning (vague blueprint) 3. Confusing scarcity signals (SOLD OUT but still available?) 4. Possibly underpricing for the positioning (premium masculine product at $39.90?) 5. Not visualizing the value stack clearly If they fixed those things, this page could probably 1.5-2x its conversion rate overnight.

The weird thing about the west is the hate on the UAE for no reason Many of my friends in the UK and France messaged me things like “I told you Dubai is not safe” blabla, labour slavery and everything in between Most have never even been here once One thing I know is media is bias and corrupted, if you’re not checking the GCC news you’re probably going to hear overblown things Not saying there’s no danger but just be careful where you get your info from
