Having to live out of an RV while your just feet from your burned out home puts a lot of things into perspective. The power situation is still not where it needs to be. The Eco worthy @ecoworthy 5000w inverter and the battery are just not working. I’ve spent hours on forums and YouTube and have gotten nowhere. So I will be ditching the inverter and going a different route. So when it comes to cooking I have had to get creative. Most Americans really don’t know about shelf stable milk. I didn’t know it existed until I went overseas and experienced it myself first hand. Luckily I was able to order a box of shelf stable milk to use in cooking. I still don’t have a burner but I do have a microwave , rice cooker and kettle. I can get a surprisingly large amount of food cooked with just those things. I focused on affordability and variety. I think I did good. Note that Toasty had to inspect everything and I’m happy it met with his approval.
