While the umbrella term #ANOCA is useful, it's important to determine whether a person's symptoms are due to microvascular dysfunction, microvessel or coronary artery vasospasms.

@drruthannharpur Why? Some women would prefer to be able to give their own paracetamol or ibuprofen, it would avoid any delays in receiving pain relief. Perhaps women should be given the choice?

@ecrsfd I think that's a rather different scenario than telling patients to bring their own paracetamol and ibuprofen for after birth.
