本日の高校生向け合同企業説明会、製造業は皆さん苦戦してましたね……。 モチロン弊社も……。 特に、部品加工や高校生に馴染みのない業態は、此方から声を掛けてもブースには来てもらえない……というパターンが多く、お手上げ状態💦 盛況だったのは、卸しや食品飲料系。 話を聞いてもらえないと、待遇や給与の話もできないので、もしもコチラが良い条件だとしてもそれを伝えられない。 こりゃあ厳しいな……。 国として製造業を……というのなら、学校でもそれをちゃんと伝える様にしてもらわないと無理。 それと、進学希望なのにカリキュラムの一環だから来てるって生徒も居た。 う〜〜ん、何か良い手はないもんかな❓
