Hi. I just started a new collection on Foundation that leans into a more personal, raw side of my drawing style. It’s a little scary to show, but it’s also a side I want to share. I hope it connects with you in some way.

My duo [The Cut, After the Image] Try to get a sense of organic and abstraction, expressing intensity n sharpness. (to be fair, I just wanted to translate the emotions in the moment directly, which was pretty messy, and cleaned it up just a little, so it's still very solid.)

I just deleted all my cosplay pictures on twitter. 3 years of hard work is taken off here im tried of waking up to ai generated stuff off my images especially if you do it to images where i was under 18 or am with another person

reminder for creative types: to get to the work you're really proud of you have to write the bad song, make the ugly painting, write the mediocre story perfection is the enemy, aversion to cringe is a limitation on your potential

there’s an ancient chinese saying that goes: “locks prevent honorable people, but not scoundrels.” most people are honorable and won’t actively try to put an artists’ work through AI when they say not to / make it harder to, but AI grifters will do everything they can to steal from and hurt artists. the AI mantra may be “it’s too inevitable,” “it’s too late,” “there’s nothing you can do about it” - but in reality, every day, you can choose to try to hurt others or not. finding happiness in life is hard for everyone and I hope you’ll choose to contribute to someone’s joy instead of their pain. I promise it’ll bring you more joy that way. merry christmas

The artist AI argument is so simple. The sequence is straightforward. Two premises, one conclusion: 1. Artists didn't consent to have their art used in AI training 2. AI was trained on their work anyway 3. Therefore it's a theft of their intellectual AND material property, both Therefore all current AI image generation models are unethical What about this is so difficult to understand?
