OMG: The sculptor behind the 22-foot golden statue of Donald Trump unveiled this week says he was instructed to make Trump look thinner and to “get rid of the turkey neck.” Veteran sculptor Alan Cottrill says the project quickly descended into what he described as a “clusterf--k.” Cottrill told the Miami New Times he would “f--k no” to ever working again with the MAGA crypto promoters who commissioned the statue to help market their $PATRIOT memecoin. Cottrill alleges the group used images of the sculpture without permission, creating a copyright dispute, and delayed payment, forcing him to store the massive gold-leaf statue until he was finally paid. The final price tag reportedly reached $450,000.
