Today has been mad. Went on the London Eye, a boat down the Thames, bought some records, had a steak dinner and now off to go and see my all time favourite artist live.
Not one to gloat but my Saturday was better than yours.

Book question... I'm releasing my memoir but finding it tough to get printed with photos AND still feel like a novel. What's more important to you, as a reader, that it feels like a book rather than a magazine, or that it has a middle section with photos in it?

@Atkins_Sam I just wish they’d write some “normal” songs again. I don’t have anything against samples, guest spots or odd transitions in principle but to me it all just feels massively inauthentic coming from them. I do like iAAM though.

I’m a massive Coldplay defender too. Musically it’s maybe more consistent than the last album but lyrically it’s so weak.

I’m not sure why my expectations to a sequel to Coldplay’s worst album were high but I’m actually impressed by how much of a non event this one is.

@imbethmccoll Have you watched Inside Out 2? As someone with a history of anxiety it was like a horror film. Genuinely way more stressful than anything else I’ve seen for ages. (It’s good, but I also don’t recommend it).
