No bc i never rlly struggled with binge eating when id restrict like crazy but now that ive been trying to eat more calories and lose wright healthily all i can think abt is food and my next meal and im binging😭

Can someone give me advice on how to lose weight faster? i had a lowk cheat day a few days aho but im eating like 400-700 cals a day and barely losing weight like .2 lb a day if anything 😭 i dont think i need a metab day bc that “cheat day” i ate like 1.3k cals WHAT DO I DO
