i love when i go out of my way to adjust my taco bell order to make it lower cal and they just give me a normal ass grilled cheese burrito so omad was 690 calories :(

me and my bf counted how many cals of fast food we ate yesterday and he ate 2k cals in one sitting, how does this man never fucking gain weight i’m furious
@edenstarve if you’ve done similar amount before and now you do a little more then it should be fine imo, but especially lifting weights and hard workouts cause your body to hold on to more water unfortunately
so im losing weight everyday but not as fast as i was the first week where i was losing atleast a lb a day😭 now its like .2 lb a day which is so annoying and idk what i can change im trying to lower my intake and get more steps in bc i was losing that much without working out
@grandelattevera oh really? I havent started lifting weights or anything but i have been walking more whether its bc of work or just walking so my steps have gone from pretty much nothing almost 10k is that ok? i also drink a lot of water so it could be water weight
@edenstarve working out can make water retention worse actually, i’d do just some light movement and keep on getting your steps in! the weight will eventually drop, speaking from experience ♡
i kinda wanna like fast today and have dinner as an omad but im serving again today and im gonna get a ton of steps in idk if i should have a coffee atleast ? any thoughts?
@_minx0 i thibk if u want to keep the baby you should but only if its what u truly want i think this could be a good thing for you and help motivate you to recover but do what feels right!!
