For 3 days I've been trying to disconnect from  Optimum's tv and internet service. I keep getting the retention department. I HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED VERIZON for internet and TV service, THEREFORE NO  OFFER WILL MAKE ME STAY. They never let me disconnect. #optimum
