58 years ago today I was only 10 years old when my father was taken from us. I remember hoping it wasn’t real, that I would wake up and he’d still be there. Even then, I understood his life was about something bigger than all of us. I carry that responsibility with me every day, guided by his unwavering belief that love is the most powerful force we have.

One of the best parts of this industry is the people you meet along the way. I’m so proud of the work Dr. Rachel and I did together on her book. Even though I’ve started a new chapter at HK, I’m still wearing my 'Life Happens' bracelet and cheering this one on from the front row.
