@edmahon76 Depending on what has been included in the code you may be able to make changes online which generate a new code. Can you advise what was shown in the breakdown section? Are your estimated earnings correct online? Sofia

@HMRCcustomers As stated before the online account only lets you check, not change anything. Was on K153, now 1257L for the last 4 weeks, employers advise they need P6 from you

@HMRCcustomers I just go round in circles on that page and there is no way to correct this tax code! Why can’t I just speak to someone? The website is no help to me and I can never get through when I ring
