@edmw2004 It wasn’t fans in Portland, it was a rival promoter using power to threaten workers. And you’re still just saying things without providing evidence.

@JoeyRyanOnline It really does, no matter your accomplishments, the impact of the speaking out movement outweighs all of that. It really damaged pro wrestling and the independent scene to the point where it is still trying to recover now. Failing to recognise that shows a lack of accountability

@JoeyRyanOnline One last thing, no matter your accomplishments, you did not make it a better place. The impact from the speaking out movement is still harsh to this day especially on independent wrestling and you contributed to that, and that made wrestling a worse place.

@edmw2004 I understand trauma quite well. Jesus can handle it if you seek Him out. There’s nothing too big for Him.

@JoeyRyanOnline Joey if you did you would not ever say that Jesus can heal you from it, because those scars never heal. Yes, there are outputs to help and religion can be one of them. But sexual trauma unfortunately just never heals and that really is the sad truth to it.

@JoeyRyanOnline The proof is the fact that you haven’t wrestled since 2020 and on the off chances that you got booked, the booking got dropped due to fan backlash. If I was wrong Joey you would be wrestling.

@JoeyRyanOnline That’s true I don’t know who you’ve made amends with. However I am in the wrestling industry myself. And yeah dude there’s a reason why you and others haven’t been booked since the speaking out movement, the industry is taking strides to become safer and leaving you is one.

@edmw2004 I’ve taken accountability for my sins and Jesus has already forgiven me for those sins and made me anew. He can do the same for you if you open your heart to Him.

@JoeyRyanOnline If it’s not every single person, it’s 99.9% and that has been proven time after time. Leave the industry and maybe just stop talking about it. If you want to start a new chapter in your life don’t “stay in the past”

@edmw2004 From what I understand, that shows cancelation was less from fans and more from a more established promoter in the area threatening talent and crew with repercussions if they work it. And I don’t think you can speak for all fans and workers.

@JoeyRyanOnline If that’s the case then I won’t talk any further other than the fact that you shouldn’t have taken that booking. And yeah I think I can considering nobody wants to book you, and when you get booked, the fans make sure that it doesn’t end up happening.

@JoeyRyanOnline You shouldn’t have taken either of these booking in the first place. If you want to provide a small sense of accountability to these women and leave the business a better place. You shouldn’t return to it no matter who reaches out to who.

@edmw2004 I had nothing to do with the marketing of this show, nor did I advertise it on my social media. I was simply asked if I was available for that date In 2021, I was still in the thick of things, dealing with lawsuits, depression, grief, and SI. I hadn’t surrendered to the Lord yet

@JoeyRyanOnline They told their stories online, and you clearly haven’t listened. You also won these cases by default Joey which means that they didn’t respond in time.

@edmw2004 Since none of them went to the police and everything was happening online, I wanted them to tell their story with a judge because they were so different from mine and the texts and images I had. When the revelation came, I dropped them all, including the two I had won.
