My dad means the world to me. He has spent his entire life caring for others, loving his family, and always putting the people he loves before himself. He is the kind of person who would do anything for anyone, and I truly cannot imagine life without him.
Last week, our family received some of the hardest news imaginable: my dad was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. He is scheduled to undergo surgery this Thursday, and while we are staying hopeful and positive, we know the road ahead will be challenging.
Right now, our biggest goal is to make sure he can focus on what matters most…healing and getting better….without the added stress of financial burdens from medical expenses, missed work, and recovery.
