@edovia hey are you aware the Screens Connect is broken on Tahoe 26.1? Was working just fine but I did a full uninstall and reinstall from the latest on your site and it won’t load.

Screens 5.6.11 is now available on iOS and macOS. visionOS should follow later today. We’ve addressed the recent Tailscale issue and their team confirmed the backend changes. Our fix should also cover any future changes, even if they’re unannounced.

PSA: Tailscale recently changed their JSON format without notice, which is causing Screens to fail when fetching device data for some users. We’ve submitted Screens 5.6.11 to Apple with a fix. It should be available soon — stay tuned!

@edovia @screensvnc Screens 5 always checks the App Store. I use two accounts for 2 countries and every time I try to run screens 5 I have to switch accounts Version 4 didn’t have that. And I can’t even download that anymore.

Kinda bummed. Anyone use @edovia Screens for remote connection to your desktop on an iPad? Have used it before from my old laptop to my Mac studio and I was excited to try it on my iPad but I get nothing but a black screen and a cursor that I can move around. I opened a support ticket, so I’m sure they’ll help me out but just curious if anyone has seen this?
