Attended virtual reality training today with technical support staff and math teachers. These tools will be great for teaching students applied mathematics and science through real world simulations!

ITS is pleased that our @volusiaschools Board has appointed Paul Metzger as our new Director of the ITS Software & Systems Department. He comes to VCS with a wealth of experience and great attitude toward advancing the state of the art in technology for K12 education. @ITS4VCS

ITS Ed Tech team ensures that staff receive training & ongoing support to maximize the instructional benefits of the newly installed interactive flat panels classrooms. ITS is updating all schools to replace aging ceiling projectors. @volusiaschools @edtechmatt @MelissaLynCarr

Our Volusia County schools are all set to reopen for our 62,000+ students tomorrow with power and internet. Huge thanks to the electric and internet utility workers, VCS Facilities Maintenance Department, and ITS Network/Systems Engineers for all their hard work! @ITS4VCS

New HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 G10 laptops have been deployed to all Mainland HS students. Thanks to the staff from ITS and MHS for their diligent planning and hard work to get this done efficiently! @ITS4VCS

The ITS Client Services Department and other staff on the team deployed new HP Fortis X360 laptops to all students at Deltona HS this week. They did a great job organizing and implementing the plan. Next up is Galaxy Middle School. @ITS4VCS
