@ataque_771 @samidelbulla13 La modificacion es que a todo evento te paguen los años de servicio ya sea que renuncies o te despidan hoy es solo por despido. Hoy si no llegas a un arreglo y te quieres ir el empleador no tiene la obligacion de pagarte nada.
