@JMellorFEWeek Isn't the exact opposite happening i.e with gov't tightening up on unqualified teachers? So I think @Ed_Dorrell was making a point a while ago about the conflicting policy approaches beteen health and education, but these seem to be conflicting approaches even just within DfE.
