@SpotifyCares I checked all of the above. Also, I did rebooting and resetting to default settings on BeoPlay A9. Beoplay is visible within “Devices Available” as Spotify Connect device and within Airplay devices. Playing via Airplay works fine, but not via Spotify Connect.

@SpotifyCares Spotify Connect recently stopped working with my BeoPlay A9. Rebooting, changing wifi networks did not help. Same result from Spotify for Mac and Spotify for iPhone. Is it something you can help with or Bang & Olufsen?
