After repeated failures, I realized what was missing: 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵. I kept going and on my 𝗳𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝘆, I finally built something that works and generates revenue. I'm sure many of you have experienced this: you try hard, see no results, and quit. The real reason? You're not learning properly (𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘁). Most meaningful paths start with lots of failures before delivering real success. Twelve months of builders turning ideas into infrastructure. The milestones, month by month: • January – Hackathon Semester 2 closed with 5,100+ hackers and 834 builds. • February – Hackathon Semester 3 kicked off with strong builder demand. • March – EDU Chain Unitours expanded across India, meeting student builders on the ground. • April – Hackathon S3 reached 9.3K developers and 1.1K projects. • May – Hackathon S3 wrapped with 1,100+ dApps and 35 IRL events worldwide. • June – Builders and investors connected at WAIB Summit in Monaco. • July – Yuzu S3 Heatwave launched, driving new on-chain engagement. • August – EDU Chain surpassed 100M transactions. • September – EDU Fest brought builders, educators, and institutions together. • October – $EDU expanded regulated access with new exchange listings. • November – EDU listed on Kraken, opening broader global access. • December – On-chain learning went hands-on with live finance and career tools. This year established EDU Chain as a home for serious builders. 2026 takes everything further 🚀

One year. Twelve months. Education infrastructure moved from idea to reality on-chain. Here are some of the highlights, month by month: • January – EDU Chain mainnet launched on Arbitrum Orbit with 25 dApps live. Yuzu First Harvest introduced on-chain incentives for builders and users. • February – 900,000+ Open Campus IDs claimed. EDULand NFTs enabled permissionless node participation and rewards via Gelato and Easeflow. • March – Yuzu’s first season closed with 420K+ users. EDU Chain surpassed 80M transactions and 430K wallets. April • 35+ university clubs began validating transactions. • ChainReaction brought hundreds of UK student builders on-chain. • May – Pencil Finance raised $10M to reimagine student loans, signalling momentum for EduFi. • June – OC Kickstart shipped for rapid dApp launches. Spring Bloom wraps with $15.5M in volume and 82M $EDU staked. • July – The first $1 million raised on-chain has now been distributed to borrowers directly funding student loans across Southeast Asia with PencilFinance. • August – OC Badges launched to power engagement. OC joined the Build With AI Time Challenge to scale on-chain learning. • September – Pencil Finance marked its first interest payment to investors, and EduFest became a meeting point for EDU Chain builders, investors, and the wider community. • October – Africa’s first on-chain student finance program launched in Kenya. Open Campus closed a $5M strategic raise. • November – ANPA joined Open Campus and Animoca Brands with up to $50M in EDU committed. A crypto employability tool launched with R3ACH. December • The Capy airdrop landed just in time for the holidays • Open Campus joined Consensus Hong Kong 2026 as an official community partner. This year established EDU Chain as a home for serious builders. 2026 takes everything further 🚀
