@eduro_gr @jmgmoron voy a opinar sin ver la pista y soy pistero... con agua se soluciona el 95% de los problemas de resbalar en exceso y no creo que esas pistas tengan mucho garbanzo ni tierra vieja y si se usan poco...no creo que sea por dureza que es cuando resbala mas que por no estar compactada

Today’s case: bilateral high grade ureteral TCC occupying half of the ureteral lenght ➡️ laparoscopic bilateral nephrectomy + laparoscopic cystoprostatectomy + urethrectomy. Basically we call this procedure urology-ectomy 😉
