Another good sprint session with the Colts @marchrufc this morning. Toby (u13) new recruit fitted in well and worked hard. Angus, Ben, Ciaran, Harvey, Bryn and Will were a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to seeing this new found speed put use under @funkyfevs coaching.

Impressed by the trio of @marchrufc Colts players who turned up for a sprint session in heavy rain this morning. As I said it is another session in the bank lads. Really brilliant effort from stalwarts Bryn, Ciaran and Mason. Still a very high quality workout despite the rain.
