Today I got my first sub hour time in Super Metroid!

If you've ever watched a high level Super Metroid Any% speedrun, you'll see runners pick up the Varia Suit even though they sequence break for the Gravity Suit. I'm not going to lie, I never even questioned it when I learned the speedrun. Here's why:
