Everyone here saying the new algo is a good thing.
But it’s not lol.
Just makes you waste more time here.
Revenue across my products grew 10x since the algo went to shit.
Twitter is just noise not work.

Late night Nordic sunsets are simply the best.

it's been a while.
how's it going?
in the past 3y I've shipped 10+ apps and made a nice buck out of it.
I never had a job in a traditional sense in my life, and it feels quite rewarding to have built this from scratch and to have such a diversified revenue stream.
At the same time I also grew a YT channel with Sandra, did a podcast and shipped multiple open source apps, all while doing consulting for some of the biggest companies in Europe.
I love building & shipping.
So that's me, what's been up with you?

I'm astonished that today, people still sit and watch their agent code in their IDE on the laptop.
I haven't looked at my agent code for months, I barely even look at code in PR reviews anymore.
Evals, unit tests, and QA is more than enough.
Let your agents cook.

I'm still astonished that 12 months ago most engineers wrote code by hand, and now most code is AI-generated. Makes you wonder what's normal today that's gone by next year.

@martindonadieu @Starlink The monthly price has doubled since I bought the Starlink Mini, €95/month now. Maybe their offering is cheaper in other countries and they don't want people to arbitrage subscriptions?
I'm not going out of EU with Starlink any time soon, but 30 days seems rather useless.

@cursor_ai I asked Grok 4.5 find fix something in the wrong project accidentally. It realised the prompt was for another project, went ahead and found the correct paths, and fixed it.
All great, however shouldn't the harness respect the current project boundaries?

We're rolling out a small tweak to boost visibility of your posts to your mutuals (people who you follow back). We noticed this data was missing from the algo and it made your friends appear less in your replies. This resulted in the reply section feeling more like a battleground with people you don't recognize. This should also help clusters form around interests more easily, which many people have asked for.
